  Perhaps Mr. Losch should be reminded that it has been the long-time position of the WT to "receive free, give free".

  "Today, however, many religious organizations of Christendom have ignored this Christian principle and the one that says: “You received free, give free,” and have required their members to tithe". - w60 7/15 pp. 445-446

  Now that the internet/technology has destroyed their little printing money-making business model (which allowed for the damnation of tithers), the tithe is looking pretty good.

  How Losch can sit there and talk about tithing, even indirectly, after the organization demonized others for promoting a biblical precedent, is breathtaking in its scope of hypocrisy.
  
  Too bad they are locked away in their ivory towers where man-on-the-street interviews are all but impossible.They can hide from the masses they abuse; but they cannot hide from God. Mr. Losch's day of reconing is coming.

  Thanks for the clarification BM.
  
  The WT tries to say that since death was a corporate affair, then the offer of life is also a corporate affair. They liken salvation to getting in an ark....aka their organization/church.
  
  They connect the dots by saying you have to find the right religion to get salvation. In reality, all a person has to do is find Jesus. And, he is not far from anyone.
  
  Hebrews 9: 27 says that everyone will be individually judged. In other words, we won't be judged based on what we did with a religion. We will be judged based on what we did with Jesus. Salvation (and Judgment) is a very private affair.

  It would seem the charismatic leaders of the last century of the WBTS are long gone and what you have left are a group of corporate goons whose only goal is to keep the gravy train going.

  Big Dog, you nailed it. That is just exactly what is happening. They sense that the organization is going off the rails on a gravy crazy train and have no freaking idea of what to do about it.
  

  The good news is that people are starting to wake up. The GB just can't figure out why people are getting off their Crazy Train. Too many mental wounds not healing. People are figuring out that it is the WT that is making them sick.

  I think there is a lot of confusion over who is running the WT.

  On page 125, of the Revelation Climax book, the Society suggests that some Witnesses who died in earlier years “may be involved in the communicating of divine truths today.” This is reminiscent of their teaching in 1917 that the then-dead Pastor Russell was still running the organization from “beyond the veil” (The Finished Mystery,144,256).

  Maybe the spirits are now telling the GB to let the legal dept. run it, under God's guidance of course.

  Q. Didn't you state that on October 15, 1931, the Watch Tower discontinued the naming of an editorial committee and then Jehovah God became the editor?
  A. I didn't say Jehovah God became the editor. It was appreciated that Jehovah God really is the One who is editing the paper, and therefore the naming of an editorial committee was out of place.

  Q. At any rate, Jehovah God is now the editor of the paper, is that right?
  A. He is today the editor of the paper.

  Q. How long has He been editor of the paper?
  A. Since its inception he has been guiding it.
  

  As usual, the WT wants ALL of the authority of God without any responsibility that goes along with such a claim.

  Instead, I say that we are confident and willing to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. - 2 Cor. 5:8 MEV

  This is why it matters. Because you are made in the eternal image of God, you will be conscious forever. Are you willing to be present with the Lord when you die Rattigan?

  God decided to create things in such a way that Adam's sins would be passed on to his children. That's not fair.

  When Adam fell, he fell all the way body, spirit & soul.... everything was disconnected from the Source of Life and decay (entrophy) set in. Since the earth was under the jurisdiction of Adam, it fell too; and entrophy set in there as well. Everything changed.

  Although the losses were great, none of the losses in my opinion compares to the loss of the greatest gift of all - the ability to choose. Hostility toward God became embedded in human nature, outside of our choice.

  Because of the deity, death, and resurrection of Jesus - choice was restored. Now we don't have to wonder whether or not we would have taken the fruit like Eve. Each of us now gets a choice, as if there wasn't any death penalty hanging over our head.

  I'm not sure if you are saying that you believe the Wt's story about Jesus purchasing something that Adam lost.

  If you are, I have to disagree.

  For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. - 2 Cor. 5: 21

  For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 1 Peter 3: 18 KJV

  Jesus trades places with each believer and pays the death penalty price (ransom) for them - for their sin, not Adam's. While the ransom payment of death (the wages of sin is death) is avaialable to all, God respects the choice not to receive it as well. The word "might" in both the verses above refers to whether or not an individual person receives the payment or not.

  They'll just sugar coat it and make it sound different.

  Exactly. Once you get their linguistic gift grift, it's east to predict what they will do. They play games with commonly understood definitions to deceive.

  EX. - Lying isn't a sin if you are conducting spiritual warefare.
